About The Position
Waldorf Astoria Park City is seeking a Room Service Supervisor to oversee and participate in daily in-room dining operations. The supervisor helps ensure guest service standards, product quality, and compliance with operational policies and procedures while creating memorable guest experiences. The role includes hands-on team supervision, assisting with scheduling and mentoring team members, supporting revenue growth through marketing and up-selling, and maintaining health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness standards.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and participate in daily room service operations, ensuring guest service standards, product quality, and compliance with operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor product and service quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues, and make improvements to enhance the room service experience.
- Provide hands-on supervision, assist with scheduling, and mentor room service team members.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and up-selling techniques to promote room service sales and maximize profitability.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
