In this position, you’ll support Amgen programs in the Life Sciences space, where accuracy, compliance, and a polished client experience all matter. You’ll guide Project Managers and Project Coordinators through fast-paced, highly regulated work while helping ensure every deliverable is client-ready. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys being the go-to leader, solving problems early, and driving operational excellence every day.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting pharma or other highly regulated programs where SOPs, contract requirements, and service standards guide the work
  • Confidence joining client planning calls, handling escalations professionally, and bringing clarity when priorities shift
  • A process-improvement mindset and a knack for keeping templates, training materials, and team standards current and useful
  • Familiarity with platforms like eHCP, QuickBooks, and CVENT, plus a strong commitment to accurate program and financial administration
  • Flexibility to travel for onsite support as needed, approximately 6 times per year

Responsibilities

  • Leading and coaching front-line teams, setting clear expectations, and creating accountability around quality, timelines, and professionalism
  • Thriving in a structured, detail-oriented Life Sciences environment where compliance, accuracy, and consistency are essential
  • Reviewing budgets, agendas, emails, meeting notes, SOWs, websites, and other client-facing materials with a sharp eye before they go out the door
  • Monitoring service levels, spotting risks or recurring issues early, and stepping in with practical, solution-oriented next steps
  • Keeping processes organized across tools and systems while partnering cross-functionally with leadership, finance, technology, and client teams
