About The Position

Responsible and accountable for department operations, fiscal/financial management, quality, service, environment of care/safety, risk management, and human resource management. Supports the organization’s vision, mission, goals, and values.

Requirements

• Associate of Applied Science degree from an accredited Industrial Technology Program.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of various Microsoft software.
• Working knowledge of computerized maintenance management software.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to Maintenance Mill Wright Level III.
• Architectural, blueprint, structural, and civil experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, finishing, mechanical, and other building-related areas.
• Experience with task scheduling and prioritization.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology or Industrial Engineering.
• Healthcare experience.
