About The Position

The Supervisor, Information Technology collaborates across the organization to support consistent, smooth operations by providing specialized expertise in common systems and software, both through their own work and through the collaborators they supervise. The role evaluates process flows and recommends ways to enhance and streamline processes, systems, and services to improve the technology experience. It supports the technology function across functional initiatives, requirements, and technology enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field providing similar skills, or equivalent professional working experience.
• At least three years of experience in IT Help Desk.

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrated experience in IT management.
• Microsoft Certified Professional certification or other IT certificates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and effective resolution of IT support tickets submitted across the organization.
• Uphold quality control standards to provide superior ticket resolutions with minimal rework.
• Monitor ticket volume and performance metrics and support the function in meeting expectations and outcomes.
• Guide technicians and collaborators in troubleshooting IT issues to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and performance management for the function.
• Manage the lifecycle of computers and other technical supplies, including ordering, setup, deployment, and support.
• Assist in developing strategies and plans for technology solutions aligned with business operations.
• Participate in the successful implementation of other functional projects as they arise.
