About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and talented individuals to work as seasonal supervisors for Black Rocket technology programs. This is a seasonal position for about 15-25 hours per week, and you are expected to work the entire school year, following the prevailing local school district schedule. Black Rocket will provide training. Regional Directors are enthusiastic, organized, and motivated individuals. They are confident in their ability to supervise instructors, as well as interact with students, parents, and program directors.

Requirements

Experience managing adults, preferably in an education setting
Experience managing schedules or planning events
K-12 school experience ideal
Comfortable with a range of technology
Reliable transportation to multiple sites within your region throughout the day
Strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of effective instructional practices
Able to commit to the whole school year
Available to start training immediately

Nice To Haves

Completed or working towards their supervisor or principal certification
Classroom experience
Strong tech background

Responsibilities

Supervise instructors
Interact with students, parents, and program directors
Manage schedules or events
Give feedback to and evaluate teachers
Travel throughout the Saugus School District, including multiple school sites in a day/week
Transfer up to 30 lbs of equipment
