This role is responsible for promoting Bally's customer-centric culture, assisting in policy development and enforcement, selecting and training team members, monitoring labor resources, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. The supervisor will also make suggestions for operational improvements, conduct inspections, manage supply inventory, and maintain department keys. The position requires the ability to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods, work at heights, lift items up to 30 pounds, and occasionally push or move items up to 100 lbs. The work environment includes bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
