About The Position

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor to oversee cleaning at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. The role includes maintaining the EVS department in accordance with company, state, and gaming commission standards; managing cleaning supplies; documenting completed cleaning and service work; and training and developing EVS team members in health and safety standards.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
Must be able to obtain a State Gaming License.
Basic computer skills required.
Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Experience in EVS and/or cleaning departments preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain the environmental services department according to company, state, and gaming commission standards and regulations.
Order and manage EVS cleaning supply stock.
Document daily the areas cleaned and serviced by EVS team members, following departmental policies.
Train and develop EVS team members to meet company, state, and gaming standards for health and safety.
