About The Position

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Sports Betting Supervisor at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. The supervisor assists the management team with the daily operations of the sports betting department. Southland Casino Hotel features more than 2,200 slot machines, live blackjack, craps and roulette tables, simulcast wagering, and a sportsbook, along with a hotel offering 300 rooms and suites.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
• Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• No college degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sports betting management team with hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Prepare work schedules for the sports betting team.
• Conduct pre- and post-shift meetings and ensure all money has been accounted for.
• Follow departmental and company compliance measures and procedures, and ensure local and state regulations are followed.
• Verify cash drawers, reports, and guest activity; monitor for suspicious activity.
• Record variances and compliance exceptions as they arise.
• Produce departmental statistical operations reports as needed.
