About The Position

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Surveillance Supervisor at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. The role ensures the safety of guests, team members, clients, and company assets. The supervisor leads surveillance team members and ensures company and state procedures are followed. Southland Casino Hotel features more than 2,200 slot machines, live blackjack, craps, and roulette tables, simulcast wagering, a sportsbook, and a hotel with 300 rooms and suites.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of surveillance agent, operator, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate state gaming license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.
• No college degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Surveillance Manager with planning and scheduling team members.
• Train surveillance team members and continuously develop their skills.
• Observe, report, and document procedural violations and illegal activity at the property.
• Monitor cameras and computer systems and ensure they are operational.
• Ensure that all state racing and gaming regulations are followed.
