About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing EVS Housekeeping operations within a casino and FOH/BOH environment. The Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining a clean and safe environment, ensuring superior guest service, and managing a team. The position involves developing and enforcing policies, training staff, monitoring labor resources, and conducting property inspections. The goal is to enhance guest satisfaction, generate revenue, and minimize costs.

Requirements

Experience in EVS Housekeeping operations.
Ability to develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures.
Skills in training, coaching, and corrective action for team members.
Ability to monitor labor resources for effectiveness.
Proficiency in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Capability to conduct and document property inspections.
Experience in inventory management of supplies and equipment.
Ability to maintain an inventory of department keys.

Responsibilities

Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations.
Assist with developing, implementing, and enforcing, policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, internal controls, Company policies and procedures, and organizational goals.
Select, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action.
Monitor labor resources to ensure maximum effectiveness in guest services.
Produce and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Make suggestions for improvements in operations with emphasis on increasing guest satisfaction, generating revenue, and minimizing costs.
Conduct and document inspections of public areas of the property to ensure all is cleaned and well maintained.
Ensure storage closets are properly stocked with supplies and all equipment is properly maintained.
Maintains inventory of department keys.
All other duties as assigned.
