About The Position

The Supervisor Diagnostic Imaging coordinates the provision of services for the Department of Imaging and assists in planning, directing, and coordinating departmental activities to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Health Center and the Department of Imaging. The role promotes quality service for Saint John’s patients across all Imaging sections. This is a full-time position at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, California, working 40 hours per week on variable shifts. Requirements

Completion of an ARRT-approved radiologic technologist training program.
Upon hire, one of the following California credentials: Diagnostic Radiologic Technology Certification; Fluoroscopy Certificate/Permit; Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification; or Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification; alternatively, National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
Upon hire, National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Upon hire, one of the following national certifications: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists; American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography; American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (Certified MRI Technologist); or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
Three years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
Supervisory or management experience in a hospital or medical setting.

Responsibilities
