About The Position

Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium is seeking a guest-first, hospitality-driven Concession Supervisor to lead teams in providing welcoming, efficient, and memorable food service. The supervisor ensures concession locations operate smoothly and safely while delivering friendly, attentive, high-quality service that supports the Zoo’s mission. This is a hands-on leadership role that works alongside frontline teams during high-volume service, anticipates guest needs, addresses concerns, and maintains clean, inviting, guest-ready environments. The supervisor models positive hospitality, coaches staff, and partners with the Concessions Assistant Manager to support team engagement, service excellence, and operational consistency.
