About The Position
Silverspot Cinema is hiring energetic, friendly employees to serve guests at its concession stand. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving snacks, drinks, and desserts, processing payments, promoting concessions, checking IDs for alcohol sales, and keeping the concession area stocked and clean. Shifts include evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Customer service skills and a team-player attitude.
- Friendly, upbeat demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 45 lbs during shifts.
- Detail-oriented and fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests.
- Take orders and serve snacks, drinks, and desserts.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Upsell concession items and check IDs for alcohol sales.
- Keep concession items stocked and the area clean.
