About The Position
Silverspot Cinema is seeking energetic, friendly team members to serve guests at its concession stand. The role includes greeting guests, taking orders, serving snacks, drinks, and desserts, processing payments, promoting additional items, checking IDs for alcohol sales, and keeping the concession area stocked and clean. Shifts include evenings and weekends; applicants are invited to share their availability.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Customer service skills and a team-player attitude.
- Friendly, upbeat demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 45 lbs during shifts.
- Detail-oriented and fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly.
- Take orders and serve snacks, drinks, and desserts.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Upsell concession items.
- Check IDs for alcohol sales.
- Keep the concession area stocked and clean.
