About The Position

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to assist the leadership team with daily quick-service and concessions operations. Responsibilities may include labor management, running the floor, training associates, ordering inventory, and managing inventory. The supervisor guides, supports, and inspires associates while delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the company’s “Lead with Love” promise.

Requirements

1–2 years of supervising or management experience in a QSR/fast-food setting.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Operating knowledge of food management systems.
A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.

Responsibilities

Ensure food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to venue recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
Understand and follow policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs for the resort’s food and beverage outlets.
Work toward company objectives for sales, service, quality, facility appearance, sanitation, and cleanliness by training associates and fostering a positive, productive work environment.
Develop, coach, and train staff in managerial and professional development.
Prepare required paperwork, forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
Assist with daily quick-service and concessions operations, including labor management, floor supervision, training, ordering inventory, and inventory management.
