About The Position

Supervise daily operations of both Table Games and Slot Departments to ensure efficient and compliant gaming operations. This role involves enforcing all applicable gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies. The Supervisor will monitor gaming floor activity to protect company assets and ensure game integrity. Key responsibilities include authorizing table openings/closures, fills, credits, jackpot payouts, and resolving variances. The position also requires investigating and documenting guest disputes, operational discrepancies, and incident reports, as well as ensuring proper execution of Title 31 / AML procedures and suspicious activity reporting. A visible leadership presence on the gaming floor is essential to maintain high guest service standards. Coordination with Surveillance, Security, Cage, and Count Room for operational and regulatory matters is also a key function. The role includes assisting in scheduling and labor management to ensure adequate floor coverage, conducting pre-shift meetings to communicate operational updates and expectations, and coaching, training, and evaluating team members to drive performance and accountability. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and emergency procedures is also a critical aspect of this position.

Requirements

  • Experience in casino gaming operations.
