About The Position

Supervise daily operations of both Table Games and Slot Departments to ensure efficient and compliant gaming operations. Enforce all applicable gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies. Monitor gaming floor activity to protect company assets and ensure game integrity. Authorize table openings/closures, fills, credits, jackpot payouts, and resolve variances. Investigate and document guest disputes, operational discrepancies, and incident reports. Ensure proper execution of Title 31 / AML procedures and suspicious activity reporting. Maintain visible leadership presence on the gaming floor to ensure high guest service standards. Coordinate with Surveillance, Security, Cage, and Count Room for operational and regulatory matters. Assist in scheduling and labor management to ensure adequate floor coverage. Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate operational updates and expectations. Coach, train, and evaluate team members to drive performance and accountability. Ensure compliance with safety standards and emergency procedures.
