About The Position

The Supervisor of Career & Resource Navigation oversees a team providing career counseling, resource coordination, and navigation services to diverse populations. The role guides individuals toward career development and access to resources that support their professional and personal goals. It includes strategic planning to improve program effectiveness and ensuring clients receive tailored support that addresses their needs. The supervisor collaborates with community partners, employers, and internal stakeholders to expand resource networks and improve service delivery, helping clients access education, training, employment opportunities, and supportive services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in career counseling, resource navigation, or workforce development.
• Proven experience in supervising or leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of community resources, employment services, and career development principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Master’s degree in a related field such as Counseling, Social Work, or Public Administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of career and resource navigators to deliver high-quality client services.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve career navigation programs and resource accessibility.
• Coordinate with community organizations, employers, and educational institutions to build partnerships and expand resource offerings.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Provide direct support and guidance to clients facing barriers to employment or education, ensuring individualized service plans.
