Requirements

Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or similar
Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Willing to jump in and learn, share ideas and help drive awareness
Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content
Passion for digital marketing trends, branding strategies, and e-commerce environments
Basic knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), keyword research, and web analytics tools
Cell Phone that can take photos and videos
Reliable transportation to and from work and for any site visits as needed

Nice To Haves

Experience with photography skills is a plus
Passion for healthcare and innovation
Creative, reliable, organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable being behind the camera (and sometimes on camera)
Eager to learn and grow in marketing
Ability to cater social media layouts (and captions) by platform demographic (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
Likes working in a collaborative group setting as well as guided through individual tasks

Responsibilities

Developing, designing, and scheduling posts (3–5+ per week) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and posts that align with our content calendar and branding guidelines
Partner with our team of creative professionals to execute our content calendar and have the opportunity to turn your ideas into content
Learn our workflow and understand how we work with Quality and Regulatory to ensure our content is compliant with all regional regulations
Researching industry trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies.
Analyze web traffic and social media analytics using Google Analytics and platform analytics tools to measure campaign performance
Collaborate with the team on public relations initiatives and assist in relationship management with influencers and partners
Other duties as needed as directed by Marketing Associate
