In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy designed to strengthen Equitable’s brand presence and drive meaningful engagement with both current and prospective clients. Your work will directly support key organizational goals by enhancing digital visibility and fostering strong client connections. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all internal and external communications efforts are aligned, cohesive, and strategic. Additionally, you will provide leadership and direction to the Digital Communications Specialist, guiding content execution and supporting the continued growth and impact of the digital communications function.
