Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or similar
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Willing to jump in and learn, share ideas and help drive awareness
  • Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality content
  • Basic knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization), keyword research, and web analytics tools
  • Cell Phone that can take photos and videos
  • Reliable transportation to and from work and for any site visits as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with photography skills is a plus
  • Passion for digital marketing trends, branding strategies, and e-commerce environments

  • Creative, reliable, organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable being behind the camera (and sometimes on camera)

  • Ability to cater social media layouts (and captions) by platform demographic (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Likes working in a collaborative group setting as well as guided through individual tasks

Responsibilities

  • Developing, designing, and scheduling posts (3–5+ per week) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and posts that align with our content calendar and branding guidelines
  • Partner with our team of creative professionals to execute our content calendar and have the opportunity to turn your ideas into content
  • Learn our workflow and understand how we work with Quality and Regulatory to ensure our content is compliant with all regional regulations
  • Researching industry trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies.
  • Analyze web traffic and social media analytics using Google Analytics and platform analytics tools to measure campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the team on public relations initiatives and assist in relationship management with influencers and partners
  • Other duties as needed as directed by Marketing Associate
