About The Position

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a motivated student for its 2027 Summer Internship Program in Cyber Risk Management. The role is in person Monday through Friday in Boise, Idaho; relocation expenses are not offered. Interns gain exposure to client service, risk management, operations, sales, business analytics, and other functional departments, while completing hands-on projects to develop solutions to real-world business problems. The organization provides mentorship, training, resources, and professional development. The internship is paid at $18.85 per hour. Interns collaborate with teams on diverse projects, support the mission and vision of their assigned department, and provide support to directors, sales executives, and client relations staff in connection with business development and retention. The program includes national and regional learning sessions and opportunities to build relationships with industry partners. Interns are expected to follow organizational policies, procedures, sales and service standards, and workflows; maintain accurate files and documentation; protect confidential information; and contribute positively as team members. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States and a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 at both application and the internship start date. All academic grades are considered. Requirements

Responsibilities

Partner with teams on creative and diverse projects that further develop and fulfill Marsh McLennan Agency’s brand.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support the mission and vision of the assigned department.
Provide support to directors, sales executives, and client relations staff to enhance new business and retention opportunities.
Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and work closely with a manager, mentor, and other interns.
Participate in national and regional classes introducing the industry and organization.
Build industry relationships by meeting with industry partners.
Follow organizational policies and procedures, sales and service standards, and established workflows.
Ensure quality control through proper file documentation and maintenance.
Maintain confidentiality and contribute positively as a team member.
