About The Position

Marsh is hiring a Summer Intern for its 10-week Early Career Program in the Risk business, within the Insurer Consulting Group (ICG). Interns work with senior advisors and brokers to help clients identify risks to their people, property, and financial or strategic goals, gaining practical exposure to risk management and insurance broking. The ICG team manages day-to-day communications and projects for designated insurance carrier clients, serving as a liaison among carriers, internal teams, clients, and vendors. The internship includes a cohort community, learning and development opportunities, mentorship, exposure to senior leaders, networking, and a summer capstone presentation. Exceptional juniors may be offered a place in Marsh’s full-time program after the internship.
