About The Position

Marsh is hiring Summer Interns for its Risk Early Career Program in the Brokerage Practice. This 10-week internship is based in Atlanta, Boston, Miami, or Washington, DC, with an anticipated June 2027 start. Interns work directly with senior advisors and brokers, gaining hands-on exposure to risk management and insurance broking by helping clients identify risks to their people, property, and financial or strategic goals. The role is hybrid and requires working in the office at least three days per week. Interns may be considered for Construction, Cyber, Energy & Power, FINPRO, or Property practice areas. Depending on the team, work may involve assessing client risks, developing risk-management strategies, evaluating insurance options, coordinating with clients and insurance companies, and helping secure competitive quotes. Practice-area and office availability vary, and candidates are aligned during application review. The program includes a cohort community, a dedicated program team, learning and development opportunities, mentorship, exposure to senior leaders, networking, and a capstone presentation to the intern's team and senior leadership. Exceptional juniors may be offered a place in Marsh's full-time program after completing the internship.
