About The Position

Marsh is seeking interns for its 10-week Early Career Program in the Brokerage Practice within Marsh Risk. Based in Atlanta, Boston, Miami, or Washington, DC, these hybrid roles are anticipated to start in June 2027 and require working in the office at least three days per week. Interns work directly with senior advisors and brokers, gaining hands-on experience in risk management and insurance broking. They help clients identify risks to their people, property, and financial or strategic goals, and support work to assess risks, build relationships with insurers, and secure competitive insurance quotes. Interns join a cohort and receive learning and development opportunities, mentorship, exposure to senior leaders, and networking opportunities. The program concludes with a summer capstone presentation to the intern's team and senior leadership. Exceptional juniors may be offered a full-time position at Marsh after completing the internship. Candidates select preferred practice areas and an aligned office location. Available areas are Construction (Miami), Cyber (Atlanta), Energy & Power (Boston), FINPRO (Atlanta or Washington, DC), and Property (Atlanta).
