Summer Interns are immersed in the day-to-day operations of a global insurance company, gaining hands-on experience and industry knowledge. Interns join key business teams to gain core technical knowledge and professional skills in a diverse environment. The program includes instructor-led masterclasses, sessions with senior leaders, and networking through mentoring circles, events, and volunteering. Interns may be considered for roles in their internship location, with the Analyst program beginning in July 2028.
