2027 Summer Intern Process Validation & Technology Transfer (IOPS)

Regeneron•Rensselaer, IN
•$18 - $26•Onsite

About The Position

Regeneron is seeking multiple 2027 interns for its Process Validation, Process Controls, and Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (MSAT) teams within the IOPS Process Sciences and Drug Product Engineering department. The group determines how manufacturing processes are controlled and validated and transfers processes and related knowledge to other sites and external manufacturing partners. Interns may contribute to risk-based approaches to process control and validation, compile and analyze historical manufacturing data, and prepare technical documents supporting technology transfers. Work may involve Advanced Therapy programs, including AAV, siRNA, peptides, and bioconjugates, as well as external manufacturing partners. Some projects involve developing data-driven or digital tools for knowledge transfer and maintaining accurate product datasets and documents. Other projects explore using AI to review batch records and technical documents for inconsistencies or omissions, or to assist with drafting and reviewing technical source documents. Some projects may be better suited to graduate students. These are primarily desk-based technical roles involving research, data analysis, technical writing, and cross-functional meetings rather than laboratory work. Positions are full-time and onsite in the Rensselaer, East Greenbush, or Troy, New York area, from May or June through August. The hourly pay range is $17.90–$25.50, with rates determined by education level and degree program.

  • Compile and analyze historical manufacturing data.
  • Write technical documents supporting technology transfers to new sites and external manufacturing partners.
  • Develop data-driven or digital tools, including tools for knowledge transfer and maintaining accurate product datasets and related documents.
