About The Position

Lazard is hiring a 2027 Summer Associate for its Boston Technology Banking Group. The Associate will join a team providing financial advisory services to clients in the technology sector, primarily application software. Day-to-day responsibilities depend on the candidate’s prior experience and abilities and include financial analysis and modeling, creating and preparing client presentations, and interacting with clients. The internship begins with a week-long comprehensive training program in New York. The role is located in Boston, and an interest in working in Boston is necessary.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of prior work experience.
• Currently matriculated in an MBA or JD program and within two years of graduation.
• Top academic performance.
• Motivation, creativity, maturity, and poise.
• Strong quantitative background.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
• Interest in working in Boston.

Responsibilities
