About The Position

Lazard is a financial advisory and asset management firm with a collaborative, global community of just over 3,000 professionals. The Summer Analyst will join the Boston Technology Banking Group and provide financial advisory services to clients in the Technology sector. Day-to-day activities depend on the analyst’s prior experience and abilities and may include financial analysis and modeling, company and industry research, developing client presentations, and interacting with senior bankers and clients. Assignments may involve mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, general and strategic advisory, and capital markets. Summer Analysts are expected to spend nine weeks at the Firm. The internship begins with a week-long comprehensive training program in New York, followed by formal mentorship, exposure to the Leadership Team, and social and networking events with bankers across the Firm.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a US university and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, with an expected graduation date in December 2028 or May/June 2029.
• Top academic performance.
• Motivation, creativity, maturity, and poise.
• Strong quantitative background.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities
