2028 Summer Analyst - San Francisco Technology
About The Position
Lazard is hiring a 2028 Summer Analyst for its San Francisco Technology Banking Group. The intern will join a dedicated team providing financial advisory services to clients in the technology sector. Day-to-day work will depend on the candidate’s prior experience and abilities and may include financial analysis and modeling, company and industry research, developing client presentations, and interacting with senior bankers and clients. Assignments may involve mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, general and strategic advisory, and capital markets. Summer Analysts are expected to spend nine weeks at the Firm. The internship begins with a week-long comprehensive training program in New York and includes formal mentorship, exposure to the Leadership Team, and social and networking events with bankers across the Firm.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a US university and pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with an expected graduation date in December 2028 or May/June 2029.
- Top academic performance.
- Motivation, creativity, maturity, and poise.
- Strong quantitative background.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
