2028 Summer Analyst - San Francisco Technology
About The Position
The Summer Analyst will join Lazard’s San Francisco Technology Banking Group and provide financial advisory services to clients in the technology sector. Day-to-day work will depend on the analyst’s prior experience and abilities and may include financial analysis and modeling, company and industry research, developing client presentations, and interacting with senior bankers and clients. Assignments may cover mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, general and strategic advisory, and capital markets. Summer Analysts are expected to spend nine weeks at the Firm. The internship begins with a comprehensive, week-long training program in New York. The program also includes formal mentorship, exposure to Lazard’s Leadership Team, and social and networking events with bankers across the Firm.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a U.S. university and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, with an expected graduation date in December 2028 or May/June 2029.
- Top academic performance.
- Motivation, creativity, maturity, and poise.
- Strong quantitative background.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
