About The Position

The Summer Analyst will join Lazard’s Boston Technology Banking Group and contribute to financial advisory work for clients in the technology sector. Day-to-day work depends on the intern’s prior experience and abilities and may include financial analysis and modeling, company and industry research, developing client presentations, and interacting with senior bankers and clients. Assignments may involve mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, general and strategic advisory, and capital markets. Summer Analysts are expected to spend nine weeks at the Firm. The internship begins with a week-long comprehensive training program in New York and includes formal mentorship, exposure to the Leadership Team, and social and networking events with bankers across the Firm.

Requirements

Currently enrolled at a US university and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, with an expected graduation date in December 2028 or May/June 2029.
