About The Position

Lazard is hiring a 2027 Summer Associate to join its Boston Technology Banking Group. The team provides financial advisory services to clients in the technology sector, primarily covering application software. Summer Associates become integral members of the team and contribute to client work based on their prior experience and abilities.

Day-to-day activities include financial analysis and modeling, creating and preparing client presentations, and interacting with clients. The internship begins with a week-long comprehensive training program in New York. Participants also receive formal mentorship, exposure to the Leadership Team, and opportunities to attend social and networking events with bankers across the Firm.

Requirements

• Have 2–3 years of prior work experience.
• Be currently matriculated in an MBA or JD program and within two years of graduation.
• Demonstrate top academic performance.
• Have motivation, creativity, maturity, and poise.
• Have a strong quantitative background.
• Have strong analytical skills.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Have strong attention to detail.
• Be able to multitask.
• Have an interest in working in Boston.
