Clark Construction Group•Pittsburgh, PA

About The Position

The Summer Associate Program provides hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and Clark’s business. Associates are embedded with a team at a jobsite or in a department and gain exposure to project management, field management, project development, and business operations. The program also includes training and development opportunities, social events, jobsite tours, and formal training sessions led by Clark experts. Program cornerstones include the Capstone Project, a team-based project addressing real-time business opportunities, with findings presented directly to company leadership, and the Passport Experience, a curated series intended to showcase the breadth of Clark’s business, build connections, and provide essential industry knowledge. This immersive, full-time program runs for 8–10 weeks and begins in late May or early June. The role combines active jobsite work with office work and is physically demanding. Associates are expected to follow Clark Construction safety policies and applicable laws. The work takes place in a demanding, high-performance environment and may require extended hours, especially during critical project phases or client deadlines.
