About The Position
The Suites Supervisor ensures that suites are set up before guests arrive and that established food presentation standards and quantities are met. The role works closely with suite attendants and culinary staff and helps provide a positive guest experience while following responsible alcohol service policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of leadership experience.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to walk and stand for up to 12 hours.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all suites in the designated area are properly set before guests arrive.
- Work closely with suite attendants and culinary staff to ensure proper presentation and food quantities.
- Develop a positive rapport with guests.
- Follow responsible alcohol service policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
