About The Position
As Human Resources Manager at Crypto.com Arena, you will be responsible for employee relations and engagement for the people who create guest experiences. You will shape culture, assist with recruitment, drive compliance, and cultivate team member engagement while ensuring alignment with Levy’s values and vision.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and employment law.

Responsibilities
- Oversee employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Oversee check-in and provide a fun, friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Develop and implement recognition programs and engagement activities for hourly team members.
- Assist with recruitment.
