About The Position
The Premium Concessions Assistant Manager manages the operations of multiple concession stands and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing guests with a pleasant experience. The role involves assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operations of multiple concession stands while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
- Greet, direct, and respond to guests’ questions and needs.
- Understand menu offerings, presentation, and pricing.
- Ensure proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
- Follow cash handling policies and food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
