Suites/Concession Staff
About The Position
This position requires an individual to serve food to guests with a high level of customer service, understand and practice teamwork, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness. The role involves assisting with collecting banquet equipment, preparing and setting up event rooms, preparing tables with place settings, establishing and maintaining positive client relationships, and ensuring accurate cash handling procedures and health code compliance. The staff member will also prepare food and beverages for customers and follow all rules and regulations for serving alcohol. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
- Must have attention to detail.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills and understand instructions and guest request.
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands, frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.
- Must be able to work extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holiday's as needed.
- Must be able to pass a background check to include a credit history report and meet corporate minimum requirements.

- Assist with collecting all banquet equipment to include flatware, china, glassware, and serving pieces needed for each event.
- Assist with preparation and set-up of event room when necessary.
- Prepare tables with place settings as instructed.
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships.
- Maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times.
- Ensure health codes are followed.
- Prepares food and beverage for customer.
- Follow all rules and regulations for serving alcohol.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
