About The Position

Legends Global has an opening for a Concession Cook at its Stockton Complex. The role involves working in the kitchen and/or concession stands to prepare food items for the facility. The employee helps prepare food, follows approved recipes and production standards, controls portions to minimize waste, and maintains clean, sanitary workstations and equipment. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

The role may require work inside or outside the building, depending on event needs. Employees must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The hourly rate is $17.75.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least one year of experience preparing meals in a food-service setting.
• Ability to produce high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Strong knowledge of sanitary practices.
• Maintain proper grooming and dress-code standards.
• Work ethic that demonstrates urgency and quality in a team environment.
• Ability to work with other facility staff members.
• Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Permit upon hire.
• Computer skills are not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized, sanitary workstation.
• Label and date food items properly for storage.
• Assist with food preparation.
• Minimize waste by controlling usage and following preset portioning.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards.
• Help maintain kitchen equipment and keep it clean.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
