About The Position

Legends Global is hiring a Concession Cook for its Stockton Complex. The role works in the kitchen and/or concession stands preparing food items for the facility. The employee follows approved recipes and production standards, maintains sanitary work areas and kitchen equipment, and supports efficient food preparation and service. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

The position requires at least one year of experience preparing meals in a food-service setting and applicants must be 18 or older. The cook must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and obtain a Food Handler's Permit upon hire. The work may take place inside or outside the building depending on event needs, and involves moving around the facility and standing for long periods during events. The hourly rate is $17.75.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized, sanitary workstation.
• Label and date food items properly for storage.
• Assist with food preparation.
• Minimize waste by controlling usage and following preset portioning.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards.
• Help maintain kitchen equipment and keep it clean.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
