About The Position

TBK Bank Sports Complex and Iron Tee Golf’s new Field House are seeking enthusiastic concession staff to serve customers at concession stands. The role includes operating and maintaining equipment; preparing and serving food and beverages, including adult beverages; operating cash registers; restocking items; and cleaning the concession area. Staff work in a fast-paced setting and serve as friendly, outgoing representatives of the organization.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must thrive in a collaborative teamwork environment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to follow through with all tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work unusual hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced concession stand.
• Take orders, accept payment, and fulfill orders.
• Perform cash and credit card transactions.
• Serve food and beverages to customers.
• Restock items as necessary.
• Maintain and clean the concession area.
• Operate and maintain food and beverage equipment.
• Perform basic food preparation.
• Work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Represent the organization in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
