About The Position

The Suite Mixologist prepares and serves beverages to guests in a bar area in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. The role is based at Mercedes Benz Stadium and pays $19.00 per hour. The position follows state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations and maintains service, product-quality, and health-and-safety standards. The mixologist sets up and stocks assigned bars, prepares garnishes and perishables, takes and processes drink orders, mixes and presents drinks according to standard recipes, and handles guest payments. The role also includes monitoring guests for proper identification and signs of intoxication, securing beverage products and cash, maintaining an attractive bar display, and keeping the work area clean and organized.

Responsibilities

Follow state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations, including rules for serving minors and intoxicated guests.
Set up assigned bars and requisition and stock beverages, supplies, condiments, glassware, ice, and produce.
Maintain stock and prepare, cure, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality.
Greet guests courteously and in a friendly manner.
Take and/or process drink orders; mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and prudent portion control.
Check guests at the bar for proper identification.
Recognize and respond to guest inebriation as trained and demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws.
Receive guest cash, make change, verify charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed.
Lock up and store beverage products, food, equipment, deposits, and cash drops; secure the bank.
Perform general cleaning to meet health and safety standards and keep the work area clean and organized.
Arrange bottles and glasses for an attractive bar display.
Wash and sterilize stemware.
Perform other duties as assigned.
