About The Position

Subway is hiring a Manager to help lead its restaurant team and support the brand’s growth. The role focuses on providing an excellent guest experience, serving quality food, maintaining a clean and functional restaurant, and ensuring safety and security standards are followed. The Manager also oversees inventory and money control systems, supports marketing and community outreach, recruits staff, and maintains and analyzes business records to help increase sales. Training is provided. Schedules and shifts vary by location.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant environment.
Experience supervising and training staff.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Basic math skills.
Ability to operate a point-of-sale system or cash register.
High attention to detail.
Ability to lift 10 to 25 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred.
