About The Position

Subway is hiring a Manager to help lead restaurant operations and support the brand’s growth. The role focuses on providing an excellent guest experience, serving great food, maintaining a clean and functional restaurant, and ensuring safety and security standards are followed. The Manager also handles operational and business activities, including inventory and money controls, staff recruitment and training, recordkeeping, sales analysis, and marketing initiatives. Training on the role’s responsibilities will be provided. Shift availability varies by location.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant environment.
Experience supervising and training staff.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Basic math skills.
Ability to operate a sales system or cash register.
High attention to detail.
Ability to lift 10 to 25 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred.

Responsibilities
