About The Position

The Subway Supervisor will help lead a restaurant team and support the brand’s growth. The role focuses on providing an excellent guest experience, ensuring food is prepared and served well, and keeping the restaurant clean, functional, and safe. The supervisor manages inventory and money control systems, supports marketing and community outreach, recruits staff, and maintains and analyzes business records to help increase sales. Training on the role and responsibilities is provided. Positions and shifts vary by location.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant environment, including supervising and training staff.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Basic math skills.
Ability to operate a point-of-sale system or cash register.
High attention to detail.
Ability to lift 10 to 25 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred.

Responsibilities
