About The Position

School Professionals is recruiting substitute preschool teachers and teacher aides to work in any of New York City's five boroughs and/or parts of Long Island. Short-term and long-term assignments may be available. The role involves carrying out classroom teacher duties and maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive classroom environment while adhering to school and School Professionals policies. Candidates should bring a positive attitude to a fast-paced environment and reliably and punctually report for scheduled work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 months of experience in a teaching, childcare, or analogous position working with children ages 5 or younger.
