About The Position
School Professionals is recruiting substitute teachers to work in private and charter schools in South Florida. Short-term and long-term assignments may be available in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. The role is open to all specialty areas. Employment is contingent upon completing background screening through the Florida Clearinghouse.
Requirements
- Some completed college coursework.
- Ability to provide two professional references.
- Three months of experience working with children.
- Complete background screening through the Florida Clearinghouse as a condition of employment.

- Carry out the professional duties of a classroom teacher.
- Adhere to school policies and School Professionals policies.
- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Report for scheduled work reliably and punctually.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
