About The Position

This role offers a competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential, allowing brokers to grow their income significantly by automating workflows, eliminating underwriting, and receiving dedicated support to focus on building relationships and closing deals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Submortgage Broker or as a Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union.
- Proven top performer with the ability to self-generate most or all of your leads.
- Originated at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Nurturing your client pipeline and identifying new opportunities.
- Guiding clients step-by-step through their application.
- Handling compliance and FINTRAC reporting.
- Focus on building relationships and closing deals.
