About The Position
Perch is seeking a proven top-performing Mortgage Associate/Broker for a fully remote position in Saskatchewan. This role offers a competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential, allowing individuals to grow their income significantly by automating 70% of their workflow, eliminating underwriting, and receiving dedicated support. The company provides users with the support of real estate and mortgage professionals to manage their homeownership journey from pre-approvals to renewals.
Requirements
- Originated at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months.
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate most or all of your leads.
- Minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Associate/Broker or as a Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union.

Responsibilities
- Automate time-consuming tasks including nurturing client pipelines, guiding clients through applications, integrating Equifax soft credit checks, automatically requesting documents, and handling compliance and FINTRAC reporting.
- Focus on building relationships and closing deals.
- Manage client intake, document gathering, and appraisal bookings with the support of an in-house team.
- Keep referral partners informed with automatic status updates.
- Originate at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months.
- Self-generate most or all of your leads.
