Stylist SIGN ON BONUS
About The Position
Stylists at SmartStyle provide guests with excellent service and a wide range of salon hair-care services, including cutting, styling, coloring, perms, washing, and waxing. They create a great guest experience through quality consultations, exceptional service, and guidance to help guests recreate their desired looks at home. The salon also offers immediate clientele and provides back-bar products. Stylists may earn up to and over $30 per hour, including base wage, commissions, and tips. A sign-on bonus of $500 to $1,000 is available, based on full-time or part-time job requirements and availability.
Requirements
- Current cosmetology license.

- Ability to understand guests’ needs and provide quality consultations.
